No, simply download the ticketing app to your phone and log in to access your tickets. You can also save ticket(s) into your Apple Wallet/Passbook. Finally, you can pull up the emailed ticket or PDF on your phone and we can scan you in right there! If all else fails, you can always bring an old fashioned printed version of your ticket!
There is no re-entry allowed. All exits are final.
If the show is not sold out you can purchase tickets at the ticket link up until showtime. Otherwise you may also purchase tickets at the door.
Parking is free or paid depending on the venue and show. Check your ticket description and emails for parking information.
A map detailing all services and experience locations will be provided closer to the date of each show.

Yes, all bags will be searched at the door.
No. There will be food and beverage options available for purchase on site along with free water stations throughout the venue.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
No, you may not transfer from one event to another.

For online payments, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. At the gate, we accept the credit cards listed above as well as cash. Change is limited at the gate so please bring exact change.
All ages are welcome to our ticketed concerts. Alcoholic beverages will be available for guests 21 and over with a valid ID. Please be advised the VIP Area is 21+.
Valid ID is a state issued identification card or driver’s license, military ID, or a valid passport. All IDs must be current (we do not accept expired IDs).
You need to be 21 years of age to attend.
