GENERAL
Is there re-entry to the Shows?
There is no re-entry allowed. All exits are final.
What are my parking options?
Parking is free or paid depending on the venue and show. Check your ticket description and emails for parking info or refer to the event site map prior to showtime.
Where are the restrooms, food, water stations, medical, etc.?
A map detailing all services and experience locations will be provided close to the date of each show.
What can’t I bring to the event?
Please see the Rules & Regulations page on our website.
Will my bags be searched?
Yes, all bags will be searched at the door.
Can I bring outside food & drinks?
No. There will be food and beverage options available for purchase on site along with water stations throughout the venue.
How old do I have to be to attend the event?
Please check each event as age restrictions vary per event.
What is a valid ID?
Valid ID is a state issued identification card or driver’s license, military ID, or a valid passport. All IDs must be current (we do not accept expired IDs).
How old do I have to be to attend an after party?
Please check each events after party tickets as age restrictions vary per event.
TICKETS
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, simply have your e-ticket readily available on your phone.
I forgot to purchase a ticket ahead of time, is there a Will Call or Box Office?
If the show is not sold out, you can purchase tickets at the ticket link up until showtime. Otherwise, you may also purchase tickets at the Box Office with location per show to be posted prior to showtime.
Is my ticket transferable to another event?
No, you may not transfer from one event to another.
Can I update my registration information?
Please contact us at tickets@jmfpresents.com if registration information needs to be changed.
